Quality Intern

What I liked

I feel like I was given projects that were actually important and had use to the company. I liked the intern events, I wish there were more. I also liked having a peer mentor, a manager, and a senior mentor. It gave me a lot of people to ask questions to and learn more from.

What I wish was different

I wish there was more communication between the plants and the corporate office. Many of the corporate interns were allowed to do things very differently than the interns in the plants, however all interns get paid the same.

Advice

Ask question! Network! everyone is so nice and willing to help you learn. Use this experience to learn about things you are interested in or even not interested. It makes you more well-rounded candidate.
