Because of covid we had a late start to the semester and had limited projects. So if I could change anything it would be the global pandemic.

What I liked
The internship allowed for professional growth with encouragement of personal projects. Versatile and Appliciable skills such as lab handling, data analysis, basic coding and leadership in personal projects were also taught amd encouraged in the workplace. The upper management made an effort to meet the interns and give tasks based on their career or personal interests.
What I wish was different
The work can be physically taxing at times however safety and health are important values at First Solar

Take advantage of networking and the opportunities offered. Learn many skills and be able to apply them in different situations.
