What I liked

I love how welcoming and helpful the staff has been. Especially during these times, everything has been twice as difficult. My colleagues always ensure that all new trainees are up to date. Everyone is super useful, and the managers facilitate the job by smoothly transitioning into everything you need to know.

What I wish was different

I wish that I would have been able to train in person. It would have been a completely different environment, but because of COVID, we have to play around with what we've got.


I would advise others to understand that there is a lot to learn, but to not be afraid to ask questions because everyone is so nice about it. Have a notebook to annotate all that you learn because you will have to refer back to them on the job.
