What I liked

I liked to be in contact with many different people throughout the day as I was overseeing and managing between different internal departments.

What I wish was different

The organisational structure of the restaurant could have been better and there wasn't always a clear separation of duties.


Restaurants can be super hectic so everyone entering this industry should be very stress resistant and flexible.
