Food Policy Action is a 501(c)(4) organization that holds members of Congress accountable for their votes that impact food policy across the spectrum through political activism, policy advocacy and an annual scorecard. The FPA Scorecard provides the public a snapshot analysis indicating support or lack of support for federal policies that affect everyone across the food system from producers to food workers to consumers. Food Policy Action-Education Fund, our 501(c)(3) educates the public through issue advocacy and engagement on federal policy and its impact on the food system. We believe a better educated public that is mobilized to advocate for policy change today means a better nutritional environment with more choices for safe, healthy food tomorrow. FPA-EF is a fiscally sponsored project of the New Venture Fund with a firewall between it and our 501(c)(4).
