I liked how simple it was to get in contact with the manager/ CEO through Handshake. Their email was listed under the job description and duties, so I just emailed in my Resume and Availability and within hours I got an email back requesting an interview.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could get in contact with them directly through Handshake where my experience is already listed. Instead, I got redirected to email in order to complete an application.
Advice
Keep a look out for jobs all the time, because they come and go fast. You never know what opportunities you're missing out on.
