What I liked

Overall I had a great experience at FourFront! There is constant room for growth, and in fact they encourage it. Throughout the trainings you have the opportunity to learn new things; with weekly check ins with your supervisor, they make sure you are on track. FourFront knows how to nurture a new idea you may have and give it the resources to grow and develop.

What I wish was different

There is nothing I wish had been different, I really enjoyed my time at FourFront!

Advice

One piece of advice I would share about this experience is don't be afraid to ask questions. Everyone is very understanding and helpful. Also, if you have a new idea that could benefit the team, don't be scared to suggest it, no idea is a bad idea!

What I liked

The team at FourFront was beyond incredible! Everyone was not only kind and enjoyable to work with but, most importantly, the entire company is dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge, innovation, customer satisfaction, and growing with one another. The trainings established for interns are thorough and there is always someone willing to help with any questions or concerns that arise. FourFront is a great place to work if you are looking to expand your skill set and have fun doing it!

Advice

Don't be shy! The team is incredibly smart with diverse backgrounds and interests professionally and personally. They are dedicated to learning and innovation in every way so don't be afraid to speak up about ideas or questions, no matter how out-of-the-box.
