The real engineering projects that I got assigned, and the respect from the engineering team

Nothing.
Advice
I really wanted to work for this company so I started with an entry level job as a CNC operator. I met one of the engineers in the machine shop and expressed my interest of becoming an engineering intern. She quickly took me under her wing and I’ve been interning in various departments within the company ever since.
