I liked the ability to work hands-on with the artifacts and have a very interactive learning experience. My supervisor was also a great help and support.
What I wish was different
I wish the commute had been a little shorter, but that was my decision to live in Lewiston and not Damariscotta.
Advice
It is a very small organization, so you are not only probably going to be in charge of your department, but you will also be helping out from time to time in other areas.
