Frank Buck Zoo attracts 85,000 visitors to Gainesville annually and is accredited by the Zoological Association of America (ZAA). Frank Buck Zoo hosts an array of animal residents providing a fascinating spectrum of both native and exotic species. The Zoo also conducts a successful summer program for children as well as a Teen Volunteer Program which provides experience to youth interested in zoology as a future career or interest.
