They gave me the opportunity to study for my security licenses. A technical requirement for me to keep moving forward with my career.
What I wish was different
I would have enjoyed the ability to do more client facing work, however this would be unlawful in security sales.
Advice
Go in everyday with the attitude to learn. I learned more than i could ever imagine.

What I liked
Franklin Templeton has a great culture of people who want to do great things together. I always felt welcomed and I was always pushed to be the best I could be. There is a lot of smart people there to help teach others.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have stayed longer. There was never a moment where I did not want to show up for work, nor a moment where I wanted to end early.
Advice
I would advise everyone to not stop until you've gotten to the job that you enjoy whilst surrounded by others that help you grow.
