I enjoyed the overall environment of working at Reed Library. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and there was never any pressure to memorize tasks. No question was ever treated as stupid or unnecessary, and everyone was always happy to help each other out.
What I wish was different
I wish we had been able to schedule more frequent meetings to be able to ask questions and interact in a group more often. However, this is difficult to do because it requires everyone's schedules to line up, which is usually near impossible to achieve more than once or twice per semester. This issue was offset through the use of Blogger, which was very helpful.
Advice
The interviews are competitive, so be prepared to put your best foot forward when preparing!
