I liked being able to work closely with customer experience. I pride myself on how well I work with customers and ensuring they have a positive experience wherever I am working at.
What I wish was different
I wish some of the management would have been different. There was a lot of unnecessary drama and rude remarks from the relationship between some of the workers and the managers and I always got roped into it although I tried staying out of it, which was one of the main reasons for me leaving.
Advice
You have to be able to think on your feet as well as have good memorization skills to be successful in this position. It's a great job to have!

What I liked
I got to practice talking to new people and I came out of my shell quite a bit.
What I wish was different
I needed to work a lot of weekends, nights, and holidays because I had less seniority than other employees.
Advice
I would recommend practicing the codes for fruits and vegetables outside of work- my management loved that I knew the numbers so quickly because it made me faster and customers liked to come to my line because I was precise and speedy.
