I like the fact that this internship role was challenging. It took me out of my comfort zone (which is just being reserved and working solo). I also had the opportunity to attend a series of volunteer management training workshops and gained so much useful knowledge on how to improve volunteer management and engagement
What I wish was different
I wish I had asked for clarifications on what specific projects were going to entail.
Advice
When in doubt just ask for clarifications and be diligent with whatever your role is.
