What I liked

I appreciated that I was given a project and then the freedom to complete it on my own. I was also extremely prepared thanks to the tools that I have been given by my professors at Youngstown State. It was also a great experience to learn a great deal about manufacturing and workflow in a great company.

What I wish was different

I would have liked for it to be closer to home. Other than that it was a great experience.

Advice

Don’t be afraid to ask questions, and listen, listen, listen! Be thankful for the experience and even if there are things you don’t like take the good and leave the bad. Work hard and give 110% everyday. Even if you don’t think so, they are watching!
