What I liked

I really enjoyed the work environment. The employees are friendly and very helpful. It is an open office space where everyone is free to ask questions whenever they arise. The engineering team is knowledgeable and lighthearted.

What I wish was different

I wish I would have had more experience with each of the cells of Gamber Johnson (cradles and docking stations, vehicle integrated products, material handling and logistics, and others). I spent more time working with certain cells, and it would have been interesting to see/experience first hand the projects done by other cells.

Advice

In my internship experience, a lot of the work was independent, so it is important to be self-motivated and be able to prioritize and organize your time effectively. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions or clarify certain processes.
