What I liked

Working with the latest Apple devices and solving problems for customers with their iPhones and iPads was very empowering.

What I wish was different

I wish I had started working there sooner so that I would have had the chance to train as a technician fixing iPhones and MacBooks.


Always write down your passwords and account usernames somewhere safe! I've always known it was a common issue, but I never realized just how many people forget or neglect to do this.
