I liked the knowledgeable Geologist, Computer Programmer, Engineers, Technicians, and the Horizontal Work Culture. It was exceptional to be able to connect with Chinese engineers to translate materials/learn from them.
What I wish was different

Advice
Make sure that you ask "How can I add value? What are my strengths?" The horizontal work culture at Geoprobe creates an environment that allows for insightful questions and meaningful mentoring.
