I liked the work environment and the fact that I was able to gain various IT skills needed for my professional development.
What I wish was different
I wish my internship lasted more than 8 weeks and I could spend more time with the company.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share would be to always believe in yourself no matter how much others doubt you. I applied for this role in my freshman and was told by my other family and friends that it is impossible for a freshman to get an internship with no experience. However, I proved them all wrong and was offered an internship in the field that I want to pursue, cybersecurity.
