I liked that Gibbs Die Casting Corporation made sure to expose me to as many of the different facets of Human Resources as possible. For example, I not only helped to screen candidates and schedule their interviews, but I also helped to create an "HR Landing Page," or a website designed to be used specifically by Gibbs Team Members.
What I wish was different
There is truly not much I would change about my experience. I am very grateful for the opportunity I was given.
Advice
My piece of advice is to ask questions and to be as productive as possible, for this will enable you not only to benefit as much as you can from the experience but also to be truly helpful to the company and to your coworkers/supervisors.

Possibly the reporting time and the office location.
Advice
This job is for early risers and is in a factory-setting. If you like the ability to see and install what you design then this may be the job for you.
