Working at a summer camp is a great way to build confidence in yourself and in others. I met many people who were willing to help me learn and improve in all aspects of life.
What I wish was different
It was the first year they created this position, so I wish there was more guidance as to what to expect.

Treat every job like you know what you are doing and you will have a better success rate.
