The company is works to help you and work around your schedule. They have accommodated all my class schedules and allowed me to maintain my hours while going to school full time. I get to interact with the military in everyday life, This is really exciting due to my goals of joining the Air Force after college.

Work hard. You never know how much your employer will work with you to keep you while you better yourself.
