I enjoyed working with people from different places in the world. I learned a lot from them, despite the circumstances of remote work. I like the openness and mentorship that was given as well.
What I wish was different
I wish that the company would have been in-person. This way, I'll get to work on things hands-on and also get to create interpersonal relationships.
Advice
One piece of advice is to be curious and has a tolerance for ambiguity. There will opportunities given every day, so be prepared and manage priorities.
