What I liked

I am grateful for the opportunity to pick up a new programming language while on the job.

What I wish was different

I wish the organization has better management. Meetings were rarely ever productive and tasks were repetitive. Management never took into consideration our skill sets and placed us on tasks we did not sign up for e.g., placed on college student recruitment and HR duties instead of development.

Advice

My advice would be that to whoever accepts a position from this organization, please be aware that this organization is stuck on planning their product. Management will assign you a task and never speak to you about it again until they bring it up later in another repetitive meeting because they forgot you worked on it a long time. ago. Long story short, please avoid this unless you have time to waste and you do not care to learn any technical skills.

Programming and Research Internship

What I liked

The thing that I liked is it is remote internship.

What I wish was different

They don’t pay and they don’t have plans what to do and also they don’t assign you any programming tasks. It looks like fraud company who is just wasting time of students to make books. They only assign you to research and write books.
