I loved my coworkers! I felt like I was a valued part of the team. As the front desk associate, you're the first face people see when they walk into the gym. Emphasis was placed on the importance of my role in making people feel welcomed and encouraged. I built relationships with the regular members as well as my fellow employees. My schedule was also great!

Advice
If I could give advice to anyone interested in this role, I would say to step out of your comfort zone! You'll get to meet so many people, and you're the first impression of the gym for new members. Just be yourself and the rest will follow.

The management was not very available during the weekends, which was disappointing for members who needed to speak to a manager who could help solve their issues.
