What I liked

I like how the HR department is so large so I get to see every aspect of HR. I also really like the environment and culture of the company. I get to wear jeans and get food all the time. I learned a lot and get to have fun doing it. My most favorite thing is my coworkers because they are all so welcoming and willing to help when I need it.

What I wish was different

I wish that they would have created more of a structured program. There were a lot of times, especially during the Summer, where I did not have a lot to do. So, I wish they could have come up with more projects for me initially. Over time though, I gained more trust and they are allowing me to do a lot more.

Advice

I would advise that the next intern be very outgoing and willing to help in any aspect. They like it when interns are very interested and go above and beyond.
