Working for a startup was an incredible experience that I would not trade for anything. I learned every aspect of business from Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and even Investor relations.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have some experience in a larger company. The company at goldi was one of 5 people. Although I did learn a lot, I wish I had a larger company experience.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is to never give up and to keep going no matter what challenging task you may face. If a little creative contribution to a project goes a long way.
