What I liked

I loved being able to interact with different customers and really see regular customers and constantly being told I was so nice and doing a great job from day one!

What I wish was different

I wish I could have helped more people. Due to being a thrift store, a lot of people would come in asking for free stuff because they are less fortunate but because all of our earnings go to our homeless shelter, sometimes it wasn’t possible.

Advice

Try to really understand that there is a deeper part to everyone and everyone is going through something so even when you have those customers you may not like, remember they have their own stuff going on and you can change their mood just by being nice!
