I had the ability to work with an incredible team. This provided an opportunity to get a feel for life in ministry, to grow in skills that cannot be taught in the classroom, and to grow in the servant and leader that God created you to be.
What I wish was different
It would have been great to get to spend a longer period of time in this role. This would have allowed for more personal relationship and discipleship opportunities with students.

Enter into this type of role with humility and ready to grow in ways that you may not necessarily want to, but need to grow in.
