Grande Cheese Company

About Grande Cheese Company

A Company That Values You:
When you join a company like Grande, you’re not just joining a business that crafts authentic Italian cheeses and innovative whey ingredients—you’re joining a family that will support you and your future. Here, we work together, providing everyone the tools they need to succeed. As an intern, that could be one of Grande’s professional development courses or mentorship programs. Maybe it’s a free health screening, or maybe it’s just the free coffee. Whatever it is you need to succeed, we aim to provide it. Because when we can succeed together, we’re able to create something truly great.

An Internship That Prepares You:
While there are as many as 20 different internships, there are a few things that you’ll all have in common. For starters, you’ll be part of a real team, doing real work, gaining hands-on experience that will prepare you for the real world. You’ll have your own workspace and your own projects, but you won’t be alone; in addition to having a manager and a mentor, you’ll get together with the other interns for a variety of fun and educational events. One week, you’ll tour Grande farms and facilities together, the next you’ll go head-to-head in our test kitchen for the “Great Pizza Bake Off.” And when the sun sets on your final day as a Grande intern, not only will you be able to look back and say that you accomplished something truly great—you’ll be fully prepared for whatever lies ahead.
