My shift was difficult to work with once classes started.
Advice
Make sure you are comfortable talking on the phone and explaining things to customers we insure. The Direct Bill customer service representative position involves a lot of diligence and problem solving skills as well as social and personal skills.

What I liked
I really loved the people at Great West. They really cared about each individual in the company and made an intentional action to get to know me. They also show great initiative in teaching their employees about their strengths and how to grow on those.
