My coworkers were phenomenal. Both the other summer workers and the faculty I came into contact with at various schools were excellent.
What I wish was different
The bosses seemed to care very little about their workers. This is partially understandable as they didn't really get an opportunity to get to know us, but it still felt like it was at an unacceptable level. There also seemed to a large lack of communication which resulted in confusion on the job.
Advice
Overall it was a decent job with some excellent coworkers. It was hard, sometimes unforgiving work, but when the confusion was low it felt good. Plus the money was better than any other physical labor/grunt work I could find.
