What I liked
I love how people-driven the YMCA is. My coworkers became my close friends and I always felt supported at work.
What I wish was different
The organization of the camp program could have been better.
Advice
Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone! Working with kids is hard but being flexible makes it easier for you and for your campers.

It is a perfect summer job for a college student who does not have summer academic plans. It keeps you socializing and earning money.
