The mission of the organization to make the Capital Region from Baltimore to Richmond the best place to live, work, and build a business through transportation and workforce initiatives is meaningful to me. The team is phenomenal and I've been able to learn from my colleagues, which has been critical for my professional development. I've been able to dig into new subject matter areas and have deepened my expertise in transportation and workforce.
