What I liked

I really liked the hands off approach which allowed me to research and write papers about my interests.

What I wish was different

I had a hard time communicating with HQ since it was virtual and people wouldn't respond to me until the end of the day which wasted a lot of time.

Advice

To be very independent and take initiative and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do, do it yourself!
