About Gristmill Restaurant

We are a seasonal, grain focused restaurant in Brooklyn, NY. Our wood-fired oven is central to creating dishes that result from direct-from-farm ingredients combined with elevated techniques and an emphasis on sustainable, no-waste cooking. Over 95% of the menu is sourced locally, from NY to VT. All bread, sauces, vins, pastries, ice creams/sorbets, etc. are made in house.
