The environment and the people there. Also the ability to work on things that actually had substance, not just busywork. While there was a little bit of pressure and the work was detail oriented, the people there worked with me to help get things done and cultivate that personal relationship.
What I wish was different
Sometimes the work could be a little bit boring or there would be a lull between assignments, which could have been addressed. Other than that, though, there was really nothing else that bothered me.
Advice
Be friendly! The people working there are extremely nice and really do want what's best for you and will work with you to make sure you actually develop skills.
