What I liked

I liked learning the different tools and resources to help and troubleshoot for customers registered with Teletech.

What I wish was different

I wish I had different hours because it felt like I started late in the day and that adjusted my schedule negatively for daughter and myself. An earlier shift would have gave me a much more beneficial schedule to help raise my daughter.


One piece of advice I'd love to share about my summer job experience is to work smart not harder. During my beginning weeks the statics my employers used to track my efficiency we're absolutely horrendous. I had to modify my whole method for gathering information from customers while still expressing my gratitude towards their continued business as well as informing them of important changes to the way my company does business. For example I used troubleshooting the older system we use to maintain customer information as a talking point for explaining how our new system will process and provide information to the customers.
