It was a really cool company with a nice team. I was able to learn a lot. I didn't have much busy-work either; I felt like it was a fair representation of what the full-time position would be as well as I was doing work that was actually useful and used on the team.
What I wish was different
There weren't a lot of intern social events and it didn't seem like the program was very developed; we didn't have a mentor and most people didn't even know that there were interns at the company. Coming to a completely new city where I knew no one made that difficult.
Advice
Get out and meet people! And get coffee with a lot of your coworkers, you'll learn a lot and grow your network.
