Quick reply staff?

What I wish was different

-No respect for their employees -No care for well-being of the employees -they fire employees for changing their availabilities. -not upfront in the interview and when you ask a question they ridicule you for asking. -Underpaid -No training. Only watch video that’s from the 90s. Like this is children with needs, how can you not train your staff? -not environmental friendly. Not paperless. They give you a gigantic amount of paper, single sided, when they could have emailed you the PDF.

Advice

Just avoid at all cost. You don’t need to make money by being disrespected. You are better than that
