What I wish was different
-No respect for their employees
-No care for well-being of the employees
-they fire employees for changing their availabilities.
-not upfront in the interview and when you ask a question they ridicule you for asking.
-Underpaid
-No training. Only watch video that’s from the 90s. Like this is children with needs, how can you not train your staff?
-not environmental friendly. Not paperless. They give you a gigantic amount of paper, single sided, when they could have emailed you the PDF.
