What I liked

My co-workers were a lot of fun to work with. Work was always very lively and fast-paced, so there was never a boring minute. Individual pay depended on the quality of service you gave, so it was beneficial to practice hospitality and other customer service qualities.

What I wish was different

The hours were usually late and the busiest days on on weekends, however, you kind of have to sacrifice going out when you have bills to pay.


Be open to new challenges. Although it is a customer service job, you will encounter mental and physical challenges you weren't expecting.
