What I liked

I learned a variety of skills related to farm operation, management, maintenance, and more. The farmers were incredibly open and welcoming, and I enjoyed the amount of time I spent outside learning new skills. I also enjoyed working at weekly farmers markets and interacting with customers during the second half of the summer.

What I wish was different

Advice

I highly recommend gaining farm experience if you are interested! Working with a small business also allowed me to work in multiple areas of the business. I would not have gotten that opportunity had I worked for a larger business.
