I love that Hanlon provides great engineering and internship experience, and they have allowed me to grow with my learning and classes. They also were very fair as far as compensation as I grew in the company. They were also amazing with the flexiable hours while I went to the University of Arizona upto graduation. Couldn't have asked for a better internship honestly!
What I wish was different
Nothing really, they provided me opportunities that at other companies would never been allowed.
Advice
Try to learn as much as you can and grow with that learning. Make sure the company you work for allows you to grow with it as well.
