Hours of Operation:
HLRUS operates on a 35-hour workweek. Monday through Thursday office hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and on Fridays we start our weekend early, as the office is open from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
Dress Code:
Hannover Re’s dress code is business casual. However, participants of our “Jeans to Work” program get to wear jeans to work EVERYDAY! HLRUS encourages its employees at all levels to wear jeans to work in exchange for a monthly donation ($20), which directly benefits our signature charity. Through this effort, we are able to contribute over $40,000 each year.
