What I liked
I loved the fast paced environment. I have always been an on the go kind of person. I liked the organization and being able to organize things myself. I was able to give feedback to management. I was able to help the team as well and give my feedback tot them as well.
What I wish was different
I wish the management was a little more focused on the worker aspect instead of the money aspect.
Advice
I think this is the perfect place for people who have not had a job to start at.

What I liked
I liked how the company was very flexible with scheduling and had plenty of opportunity for promotion and training. There's also a lot of company benefits, and if you enjoy your coworkers you'll have a lot of fun working with them in a team setting.
What I wish was different
They are very rigid about practices and each location never strays from routine. There stands to be improvement in simple day to day tasks but higher ups rarely change the way things are done.
Advice
It's a job best suited for those who can stand to be on their feet 5-9 hours a day. You work almost exclusively as a team and with customers, so it's best to be extroverted and hardworking. The physical work can be a lot, and you never know what each day could bring.

I liked the coworkers, employers, and watching free movies.
What I wish was different
I wish the coworkers sometimes would have done their job, since because of them, the mangers would be more strict on us and be more watchful of our work. That is not fun at all.
Advice
One piece of advice I'd like to share about my experience is to always work hard at Harkins, and be nice to everyone you meet, because not only is that the morally good thing to do, but you make a lot of friends and connections that way.
