This position allowed for a lot of growth and learning because there was always room for improvement. I especially loved working with the team because we always had each others' backs and planned everything way ahead.
What I wish was different
The only thing that I wish would have been different is the location of the storage area because it is in LIC and commuting could take up majority of my day.
Advice
I would recommend to always plan ahead! There could be multiple events in a day so it is better to have an agenda planned out to allow enough time for traveling and setting up.
