Good company culture and environment, willing to provide some training and compensate, paid lunch break, paid parking pass, fair wages and flexibility.
What I wish was different
Assigned role had been different than what I ended up doing (thought I would be doing device testing and manufacturing, ended up doing some device testing and mainly coding). Only wish the coding portion had been more clear as to select more experienced candidates

Excellent company overall, small and tight knit group of employees with designated roles. Good wages and flexibility, compensated parking and lunch pass. Up and coming small business with excellent potential.
