What I liked

I like that I can learn about my major Human Resources and I have a hands on experience. Now, I know first hand what it is like to be a Human Resources in daily basis and what type of paperwork is required for pre-hired and new hires employees. Also, I learn about basic policies and procedures in Human Resources.

What I wish was different

My experience was good but I wish I could have people around me that it was willing to work with college students meaning more orientation and coaching.

Advice

The piece of advice is to always try to be positive and try learn as much as you can.
