What I wish was different
The project in California ended a bit sooner than expected, about 5-6 weeks early. I was able to continue my internship in Colorado Springs, which is where I learned more about the management aspect as I worked with the superintendent and management team there. The company also advertised that it would pay for housing, but that is only partially true, as they give you the 53$ an hour as housing compensation for when you live out of state. They may purchase your housing contract from home, but I don't know about that.
