What I liked

My employer works really hard to build a strong personal relationship with her employees, I think that is an amazing aspect to have in such a close knit environment. This kind of relationship with your employer helps to foster a chance to gain a lot of additional experience entering into the "real" world.

What I wish was different

So far, I would not change a thing about m experience, I have the ability to work with amazing people and balance my school schedule easily which is extremely important for me.

Advice

Communication is so very important in a situation like this, I needed an environment that would understand that my school schedule is ever changing and that i am working towards a balance in my day to day life. Trying to accomplish this can be really tricky so never settle for a work environment that does not foster your personal growth.
